Your Private Studio
Beautifully designed and fully self-contained, the air-conditioned studio is available from 2pm on arrival day and departure is by 11am.
Built to a high standard within the grounds of our centrally located home, the studio combines comfort, privacy, and a relaxed island atmosphere. Inside you’ll find:
- Comfortable double bed
- Sofa and DVD player
- Fully equipped kitchen area with cooker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster
- Spacious shower room and W.C.
- Dining table and chairs
- Hairdryer and iron
- Beach towels provided
Outside, guests can enjoy a private dining and seating area with sun loungers, while the wider gardens and patios remain open for quiet relaxation whenever the mood takes you.

Do you require a deposit for our booking?
Yes, we ask to hold a cautionary deposit of £100 to reserve your booking.

Is the house suitable for children?
Skiathos Studio is designed primarily as a peaceful adult retreat, and most guests visit to enjoy the calm, quiet atmosphere and relaxed surroundings. For this reason, the property is generally better suited to adults than families with young children.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, up to 2 well-behaved small dogs are welcome by prior agreement (there is a £50 fee per dog).
Is there a BBQ?
Yes, there is a charcoal BBQ with coal provided.
